Anniversary of S.S. Valencia Shipwreck
One of the worst shipwrecks on Vancouver Island--many of the
dead were buried on Queen Anne

Queen Anne Theater (1529 Queen Anne Ave.)
The
building was offices, a bowling alley, after it was the hilltop's
only theater. It was razed
in 2005 as
part of a condominium/retail project. Courtesy
