  • On the Boulevard
"On the Boulevard", reminding us of the Queen Anne Boulevard built as part of the Seattle parks plan early last century on the "crown" of Queen Anne hill. 2003's winners are the Monteiths 1400 Bigelow. Gretchen told us the "Santa is celebrating his 41st year of display."
