Fred Betts House
Date: ca. 1999

Fred Betts, Seattle attorney, grew up in, and lived most of his adult life in this house, moving out just a short time prior to his death in 2001.
The house today has been moved from the original foundation, and significantly remodeled. In addition, the side yard to the east was sold off, and a new separate house has been erected there too.
