Mount Pleasant Cemetery Walking Tours

Step back in time as we explore the rich history of Queen Anne's Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Along the way, you'll discover distinctive monuments and visit the final resting places of the people whose names live on in many of Queen Anne's streets. We'll also share stories of Seattle pioneers and significant moments in Washington's history remembered through gravesites and memorials throughout the cemetery.

Due to the popularity of this 29th annual tour, we're offering two departures:

• 10:00–11:30 a.m.

• 12:00–1:30 p.m.

And as a special thank you for your ongoing support, we are also opening registration a week early to Queen Anne Historical Society members. Registration for all community participants will open on August 8.

Registration Fee: $10

Location: 700 W. Raye St. (map)

Wear comfortable walking shoes and meet us at the cemetery's main entrance gates.

Please note: Tours are held rain or shine, but will be canceled in the event of a downpour.
